Been updating my crm system today, looks like good lead to opportunity conversion but now guess what I need more leads. Where are you at? Do you actively and fully use a crm system?
I’ve almost completed my cloud and crm research and here is one thought and if you are interested something to watch out for. I am now mostly cloud based and can or have achieved software integration from lead generation to accounts which has brought productivity gains and made me feel more relaxed and in control of my business. I’m aiming to write-up my research as a white paper and post it, so if you are interested in this subject – watch this space.
Meetings this week have reminded me of two things – 1. there is almost always improvements that can be made to the sales and marketing of a business – you just need the time and the right help to do it. 2. Know your numbers for your business from lead generation activity to profit and loss and actively monitor you and your business against what your model is.
